Love Story Package

Love Story - Our Partial Planning service includes:

· Same as In Bloom package and will also include:

· Service begins 6 months prior to the set wedding date 

· Client/Planner meetings:  

                                § Telephone meeting every 5/6 weeks

                                                                      § One site visit to ceremony and reception for walk-through

                                                 § “Floater” meeting to use at Client’s discretion 

· Assist with vendor recommendations

· Handle all communication with chef and/or catering manager

· Reception walk through with caterer

· Review current budget and help make any necessary changes

· Design a Wedding Planning Calendar

· Offer event design, theme, and décor assistance 

· Provide detailed timeline for the wedding day

· Provide Wedding Day itinerary for attendants 

· Full Direction of Rehearsal, Wedding Ceremony, and Reception

· Receive deliveries and greet vendors on the day of the wedding

· Distribute flowers – bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and toss bouquets

· Arrive early to participate in reception decor setup

· Distribute final payments/gratuities
