· Handle all communication with chef and/or catering manager

· Reception walk through with caterer

· Review current budget and help make any necessary changes

· Design a Wedding Planning Calendar

· Offer event design, theme, and décor assistance 

· Full Direction of Rehearsal, Wedding Ceremony and Reception

· Distribute final payments &
